TERMS & CONDITIONS
The 20% Early Booking offer applies under the following terms and conditions:
– Valid only for DECK & AES categories and all private vehicles categories in limited availability.
– Valid for one way and round trips.
– Valid for trip dates until 31/12/2024.
– Cumulative with all other discounts of our standard commercial policy.
– The Early Booking offer ends on 15/03/2024 at 23:59 (Greek local Time).
Tickets with the Early Booking offer are non-refundable. However, the trip dates of tickets can be changed or altered to open-date. If the trip dates of Early Booking tickets are changed or altered to open-date, the Early Booking discount no longer applies on the altered leg(s) of the trip and the resulting price difference must be paid when the new ticket date is established.
Family & Friends Offer 20% Discount
Offer 20% for Family & Friends on the Heraklion & Milos route with Knossos Palace & Festos Palace.
The discount applies under the following terms and conditions:
• 20% discount on DECK category for families/friends of 3 persons or more in the same reservation.
• The offer is provided automatically by the system at the time of the reservation.
• It is NOT cumulative with all other discounts of our commercial policy.
• Valid for tickets issued from 14/07/2023
• Not valid for vehicles.
• Partial cancellation of the reservation is not allowed.
• In case of cancellation of the trip, the current cancellation policy will apply.
• If the passenger amends the trip date and the offer is no longer valid or the price list has changed, the resulting price difference must be paid.
25% Discount for persons over 60 years
Do not hide your age… you will lose! People who have reached 60 years of age enjoy a 25% discount on their tickets.

– During ticket issuing and boarding, beneficiaries are required to demonstrate the legal supporting document.
