If you don’t own a credit card you cannot use the Online System. Bookings through the online system can only be finalized if payment is made in the last step by credit card.

During summertime, office will be stay open till 21:00 every day.

You are very welcome to send us a RESERVATION FORM so that we can make your reservation for you.

Please note that we only accept payment by bank transfer when the booking system allows us to hold the places long enough for the amount to reach our account.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

The passengers are obliged to be at the port 2 hours prior departure. They can refund their ticket or make it open date always prior departure and according the specific rules of each company. If you are a non show passenger you can not refund any of your money.

LOST TICKET

If you loose your printed ticket, you must buy a new one. Then you should contact the customer service of the company and see what declaration will be need.

CHANGE OF A TICKET

That can be made only at the issuing office or at the company. Since you are on the island you contact the representative office and change it there paying a service fee for each ticket.

TICKET DELIVERY

If you decide that the printed tickets will be send by register POST, they need 5 working days for Greece or 8 working days out of Greece.(cost 10 €).

If your tickets do not arrive within the above mentioned time periods please contact us as soon as possible so that we can track the tickets and accelerate the delivery.

ELECTRONIC TICKET

By choosing an online e-ticket, you must go to the port office of the shipping company that you will travel to check and pick up your boarding passes or return tickets. The e-ticket is supported by the following companies:
