The passengers are obliged to be at the port 2 hours prior departure. They
can refund their ticket or make it open date always prior departure and
according the specific rules of each company.
If you are a non show passenger you can not refund any of your money.
LOST TICKET
If you loose your ticket, you must buy a new one. Then you should contact the customer service of the company and see what declaration will be need.CHANGE OF A TICKET
